  I came to Complete Bridal about 6 months prior to my wedding date. I paid for a rush order and my dress came in a little before 5 months to the date. It looked exactly as it did when I tried on the floor sample. My only complaint was that it was hard to get any update on my dress. I understand it can take 5-7 months for a custom made dress, but I was worried as it was nearing a month away from my wedding and I didn't hear anything until I called to check up on it. It was around Christmas/New Year's so I know that it can be pretty busy sometimes, I only wish I was kept up to date instead of worrying and calling with little help. I loved the alterations by Silvia. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and I will continue to come to her for any alterations in the future. She is highly recommended to my family and friends. I thank her for going above and beyond for me and making my dress experience and wedding even better!
